Sherman County Ordinance #3-07-96 states that no minor 13 years old and under shall be out after 10 p.m., and no minor 14 and older shall be out from midnight to 4 a.m.. The Cities within Sherman County have discretion to enforce their own curfews, as well as noise and nuisance policies.
