Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Child Abuse Prevention Month, and Crime Victims’ Rights Week

Every April, Sherman County Victims Assistance creates a display at the Sherman County Public/School Library for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), National Child Abuse Prevention Month, and Crime Victims’ Rights Week (NCVRW). Some examples of the materials included are the county’s SAAM & NCVRW proclamations and brochures about crime victims’ rights, sexual assault, and child abuse. Books on some of these subjects that can be checked out from the Sherman County Public/School Library. The Victims Assistance display table stays up for the whole month of April, from April 2 to April 30, 2018.
