Sherman County Court will hold a Public Hearing September 19th at 9:45 am at Sherman County Courthouse at 500 Court Street in Moro, Oregon 97039 to approve a personal services contract for professional engineering and land surveying services between Sherman County and Oregon Transportation Professionals, LLC, in connection with the Finnegan Bridge Project on the basis of the Sherman County Public Contracting Rules and Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279 (B) and (C) – “Emergency Basis” or, in the alternative, – “Special Procurement Basis”.
